Coaching is a valuable tool that works from the inside out to empower the client to connect with their “self,” become senior to the situation, and make informed, wholistic choices of their own. 

A coaching journey starts with a complimentary Chemistry Session to define best fit between coach and client, as well as  to explain principles of coaching and the client’s objectives.
