Professor Lukasz Madej is worldwide known expert in the area of product and process innovations development. His expertise lies in the computer-aided technology development solutions, material science, process digitalization, production process monitoring tools within the concept of Industry 4.0/5.0 and research project management. Professor Madej's work brings together scientific and industrial communities.

Presently he is a head of the Multiscale Modelling team at the Department of Industrial Computer Science and Modelling AGH University of Science and Technology. He is a vice-president of Polish Forging Association, executive board member of the Euroforge and a Fellow of the CIRP The International Academy for Production Engineering.
